Our Stud

This is Solomon our stud dog. As you can see he is at work. All our dogs are great guardians. We have sold pups throughout the country over the last 24 plus years.

The reason? They work!

Solomon is sired by CH Villevieux Limberlost Barry shown below. Barry's sire was CH Villevieux Le Roi who graces the cover of book "The New Complete Great Pyrenees". Solomon is damed by CH Limberlost Crackling Rose whose pedigree is rich in Huny Mountain bloodlines.

CH Villevieux Limberlost Barry

This is the sire of Solomon. Barry is a beautiful dog which is reflected through out the blood line. You just can't fine dogs bred like this easily.

He has proven himself as an American and Canadian Champion.

We have taken these great bloodlines and then selected for guardian instinct. The result is superior dogs that are great with livestock. There are not many breeders in the US that can make that claim.

CH Limberlost Crackling Rose

This is Solomon's dam. She has five dogs in her three generation pedigree that are Huny Mountain dogs. These dogs were great show dogs as well as fantastic guardians. There is very little of this bloodline left today.

She is sired by CH Huny Mountain Maverick and CH Limberlost Kazzo.
